A Funny and Entertaining Musical Toy for Your Little One
I recently purchased the Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes Musical Toy for my 3-month-old baby and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! Not only is this toy visually appealing with its bright colors and adorable design, but it is also incredibly entertaining for my little one.
As soon as I turned on the music, my baby's face lit up with pure joy and excitement. The tunes are catchy and fun, and the volume is just loud enough to grab her attention without being overwhelming. Plus, the music selection is diverse enough to keep both baby and parent entertained.
What's even better is that this toy is designed to be portable and easy to take on the go. It's the perfect size for small hands to grasp, and the attached handle makes it easy to clip onto a diaper bag or stroller. It's been a lifesaver on car rides and trips to the grocery store - my baby is easily distracted by the music and is content for long periods of time.
But the best part about this toy? It's just downright funny. I never thought I'd find myself laughing at a musical toy for babies, but the look on my baby's face when she's holding it and dancing along to the music is just too hilarious. And watching her attempt to sing along with the melodies is priceless.
Overall, I highly recommend the Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes Musical Toy for any parent with a young baby. It's entertaining, portable, and best of all - funny! This toy gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me.
The Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes Musical Toy is a popular toy for babies aged 3 months and up. Here are some useful tips and tricks to help your baby enjoy this toy:
1. Introduce the toy gradually: Start by playing the toy's music softly and from a distance. Let your baby get used to the sound before bringing the toy closer or increasing the volume.

3. Sing along with the music: Singing along with the toy's music can help your baby develop their language skills and also make the playtime more interactive.
4. Use the toy to distract during diaper changes: The toy's music can be a great distraction during diaper changes, making the process less stressful for both you and your baby.
5. Take the toy with you on-the-go: The toy's compact size and easy-to-grasp handle make it a great on-the-go toy. You can attach it to your baby's stroller or car seat for entertainment during travel.

Favorite toy
This has been one of our favorite toys for a while now. It is so cute, it’s small so it’s easy to take with you, baby fingers can easily push the button, the different classical songs and corresponding lights are super entertaining plus I love that baby is listening to classical music. The batteries have lasted a long time and it’s fallen off of many a surface so it’s durable.

Love this toy!!
We got this when the baby was just over 2 months old. She’s now over 4 months and still loves it. She can hold it (and chew on it), or we can just put it down where she can see and hear it. She loves watching the flashing lights. The classical songs are great, and we haven’t gotten tired of them yet like we have with other musical toys. This is one of our favorite toys!
The BEST baby toy!
I received one of these at my baby shower and discovered quickly it is my baby's FAVORITE toy that always helps calm her down when she's fussy. She also loves to shake it and chew on it. The big size and easy to push button allows her to practice pushing the button to make it play and change songs. She loved it so much we bought another one to have. I highly recommend this toy!
Fun little toy
I have two grandbabies, one is seven months old and the other is 13 months. Bought one of these for each baby. Both love it. The younger one has it attached to his bouncy chair when he's home, and to his car seat when traveling. It wasn't purchased as a teether, but he likes to chew on the beads. The older one can stand in his play pen and dance while holding it in his hand. The handle allows small hands to hold and manipulate the device. Because they like it, I like it as well. The price was very reasonable compared to other toys.
Great Musical Toy!
Hello Friends, there are plenty of reviews on this toy, but mine includes that of the older version (2006) and the Newer Version which is currently being sold. They've tweaked the appearance a bit, but it's still very much the same as the one I bought for my then infant son in 2006. Today, my son is 6 years old, but I have a 2 year old daughter. This toy has had some longevity. My son loved it and carried it everywhere with him. We especially liked having the toy in the car with us because the volume level of the music is just right even when set to it's loudest, which also is good for the baby and toddler, too. A toy that is too loud can be a distraction anywhere, and not good for any babies developing hearing. Anyway, the music is a plus. It's lovely, sweet, and enjoyable even on a grown ups ears. My daughter has been toting the same one from 2006 around in the car, and often in the house while she is playing with other toys. It's got a lot of cheerful colors in it's design and from what I've experienced, both are very inviting to a boy and a girl. I recently purchased the newer version (based on my personal experience with it) as a gift for my girlfriend's 4 month old son along with about 5 other toys/educational products for infants. I can honestly say that when I received a thank you phone call from her, the first item she mentioned was this musical toy. She said her son lights up while playing with it, stays engaged with it for a while, and that it really entertains him. I have to smile and giggle at that because it brought back all the years of enjoyment that two of my children have had with it. I really enjoy writing reviews on items that can really use the attention because they have been exceptional in an ocean of not so great toys that are on the market today. I'm not a huge fan of flooding my children's lives with senseless electronic and noisy play things, but I am truly amazed at how well developed this toy is. I'd say if you're going to buy an electronic toy for your baby, start with this one because it will stand the test of time, and it will be a toy that you won't think about taking a hammer to while your child plays with it over and over again. I really recommend this musical toy for gifting as well as for your child. It's definitely one that has the potential to get great usage as your child grows.
Simple and entertaining
This toy is simple for a baby to use and very entertaining for short periods of time. After reading several reviews here, I bought one for my 5 month old grandson and put it on the changing table. He grabs it immediately after I lay him down and it keeps him happy through diaper and clothing changes.
Pros: It's easy for him to hold and the music is very pleasant. (I wouldn't really call this typical classical music, but rather a kids version of familiar classical selections!) It has a high/low/off volume control slider button. There are multicolored flashing lights that he likes to watch. He also loves gnawing on the handle and turning the beads around.
Cons: The noise and the weight makes this toy something I wouldn't take in the car or on an airplane. It would be a hazard if thrown, and the music could be annoying to others in a confined space on longer trips. It does require batteries, another reason to limit its use to short amounts of time. A book or other "quiet" toy is what I use in the car.
~Update~ April 2014
This toy has become one of his favorites and gets dragged from room to room no matter what else we're doing. He wants it while I'm changing him, after we come in from a car ride, on the floor, in the crib after naps, before/after/during meals and would surely demand it during bath time if we'd let him have it (but can't because of the batteries!) I thought he would have grown tired of the same sounds/lights/colors by now at 8 months old, but nope... He just loves this thing! We've not had to change batteries yet (amazing, I know!) and it's been dropped from high chair height onto hard floors, drooled on, thrown and tripped over, and even banged repeatedly against crib rails and walker tray with no damage whatsoever. I highly recommend this toy for the 4 months and older group. And the price point is outstanding for the entertainment value.
~Update~ February 2015
Well, I can't say enough good things about this toy. Our grandson is almost 18 months old now, and still plays with it daily. He learned how to slide the switch off and on months ago and carries it fron place to place while dancing to the tunes. I guess I'll have to get him his own iPod soon, because he seems indignant when he can't figure out how to "shuffle" the songs on the Einstein! And the original batteries are still going strong!
Seriously the best baby toy
I got this for my daughter when she was about 6 weeks old and she hated being in the car. She would cry every time we would stop and nothing would console her. I remember hearing about this toy when my son was a baby (he’s now 8), so I popped over to Amazon to get one and it was the ONLY thing that would cheer her up, even for a few minutes. Now at almost 6 months, she still uses the toy daily. We attach it to her exersaucer for extra fun and it’s really the only thing she regularly cries for if it falls. Get this thing!
My son’s essential nighttime object
I received my first one as a hand me down for my son but soon learned that it is almost indestructible. It comes everywhere with us and night time routine would not happen without it. Trust me I’ve tried. I don’t necessarily love how the center button has paper sticker on it because it is now eaten off but other than that it lasts on one set of batteries for months. My child presses it after one song finishes until he falls asleep. The songs are not annoying like most kids toys and I genuinely enjoy this toy and watching my son use it as a sleep time aid is so much better than a pacifier and blankey.
